Re-energize Your Creativity

Empowering music creation as a force for healing, transformation, and renewed community spirit after the wildfire.

About the program

“Re-energize Your Creativity” is a music grant program dedicated to empowering music creation as a meaningful tool for healing, transformation, and the enhancement of spiritual well-being within our community in the aftermath of the wildfire.

With the valuable support of our Community Partner, the program has achieved significant and measurable impact, demonstrating the depth, diversity, and resilience of our community’s renewed creative strength. This progress is reflected in multiple dimensions — from the development of innovative technologies that redefine our evolving creative business landscape, to the restoration of recording sessions and program content, the comprehensive support provided to the dedicated members of our foundation and the wider music community, and the continued expansion of our educational and artistic initiatives.

Our restored Signature Music Education Program, comprising 48 lessons across four core disciplines — Pop Music Creation and Branding, Multi-Genre Guitar Performance and Songwriting, Dance Pop Lab, and Music Production — has provided participants with an integrated foundation in both artistic expression and the cultivation of emotional connection within our community.

Furthermore, we re-energized and strengthened our community by offering comprehensive support and assistance to the members of our foundation and the wider music network, fostering collective recovery, collaboration, and professional growth through our philanthropic initiatives.

Restored Recording Sessions

We have restored our high-quality recording sessions to continue developing our newly designed music program content, aimed at fostering artistic expansion through diverse creative approaches. These sessions feature a wide range of accomplished jazz musicians and a boutique-scale orchestration in collaboration with Buddarpist Scoring.

This spectrum of high-quality recordings enables us to further broaden our artistic reach, supporting the initiation and growth of original music programs that embody innovation and excellence.

Our program beneficiary

With the support of our Community Partner, we have provided comprehensive assistance and compassionate services to the dedicated members of our foundation, as well as to members of the music community who were affected by the wildfire.

I want to express my deep gratitude to the Mercury Music Foundation and Yang Zhang. The comprehensive support from your grant program — along with the warmth and encouragement I received — re-energized my confidence and motivation to actively restore my professional activities on the front line of the music industry.
